1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a course, bundle or class, or using theeleveacademy.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

3. Course access and license

Online course purchases are one-time payments that give you lifetime, personal, non-transferable access for as long as the courses are offered on the site.

All course content, videos, workbooks, templates and materials are owned by Elevé Beauty Academy. You may use them in your own business, but you may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, share or publish them, or share your login with others. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added.

Online courses and bundles may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase only if the course has not been opened; once any lesson, video, workbook or material is viewed or downloaded, the purchase is final. In-person class seats may be refunded or transferred up to 7 days before the class; inside 7 days, seats may be transferred once and no-shows are not refundable. A refunded order removes access to what that order purchased, and refunded material may not be kept, copied or used. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

5. In-person classes

Seats are limited and reserved on payment. Class dates or locations may change; if we cancel a class, we will offer a transfer or refund. Attendees must follow studio safety and sanitation rules.

6. Educational purpose; no guarantees

Courses are educational and are meant to help you run your business more efficiently. Results depend on how you put what you learn into action. We make no promises of income or specific results. Course content is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and does not replace your state licensing requirements.

7. Certificates

Elevé certificates recognize completion of our courses. They are not a state license or government credential.

8. Privacy

We collect your name, email, purchases and course progress to provide the service. We do not sell your information. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our site.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and courses are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevé Beauty Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
